I have to say, I am a little obsessed with your story. Booking your venue over FaceTime while you and Will are still long distance, with him out in California wrapping up engineering before the big move back to Georgia this August? That is equal parts adventurous and romantic, and I love that you are getting a head start on a day that is going to be so worth the wait. You also mentioned you are drawn to the fun energy in the films and the light and airy style in the photos, and that happens to be one of my very favorite combinations to create.

About the Story Session
Think of it as a video engagement session. We meet up before the wedding, just the two of you and the camera, and we spend an hour getting Will comfortable on film. Since he tends to be on the shyer side, this makes a real difference, by the time your wedding day arrives the camera already feels familiar. Beyond that, it is a chance to tell the story of how you two met and fell in love, from the church group at UNG to the mission trip that brought you together. That backstory adds something no highlight reel can manufacture, it gives the film a real sense of who you are before the vows even start.
