A note before you scroll

Hi Elva & Gerardo

It was so good talking with you today. I got off that call already picturing the day, which does not always happen the first time around.

You told me the Mass is the most important part, and that is the part I want to protect. A full Catholic Mass has its own rhythm and it does not pause for anyone holding a camera, so knowing what is coming next is most of the job. Around it are the things you named: your mom helping you into your dress, the first looks with your dad and your brothers, and both of your grandmothers traveling in from out of the country to be there.

You also told me what you want these to become. Framed in your home, and gathered into an album, so your future kids can see how much the sacrament of marriage means in your family. That is a very different goal than a gallery you scroll through once, and it changes what I am looking for all day.

The reason I do photo and video as one team is simple. When you hire them separately, two vendors end up standing in the same spot wanting the same moment, and one of them loses. Here nobody is competing. We plan the day together, we cover it together, and you deal with one person instead of two.

What I am watching for all day is the in between. Your mom the second she sees you. The hand squeeze halfway down the aisle. The friend who laughed so hard they had to sit down. Those happen once and they do not wait for a camera to get into position, so I stay ahead of the day instead of chasing it.

The other half of the job is how the day feels while it is happening. You should not feel managed. Most of the time you will forget we are there. When you do need direction I will give it to you gently, and you will look like yourselves, not like people being posed. My goal is that you get to the end of the night having actually been at your own wedding instead of running it.

And I heard you on Gerardo. You are comfortable in front of a camera and he is quieter about it, so part of my job that day is making sure he never has to wonder where to stand or what to do with his hands. That comes from direction that feels like conversation instead of posing.

Below you will find three collections. Take a look whenever you are ready.

What I Am Actually Building For You

Something You Rewatch

You told me you want to watch this back on your anniversaries, and one day with your kids, the way you and your parents still sit down with theirs. That is the bar. Not work that looks good the week it lands, but a gallery and a film that still hold up when the people in them are twenty years older. Real audio, real moments, and an edit that does not perform the day at you.

A Day You Get To Live

Your morning is split between two houses and the night runs until about one in the morning. One team means one plan and one point of contact across all of it. I stay ahead of the moments so you are never the one managing them, and when you need direction I give it quietly and get out of the way again.

The Whole Thing, Not A Montage

The Mass in full, not the ninety seconds of it that fit inside a highlight reel. The dances with your parents, the money dance, the grupo once the night really opens up. That is what the full length film is for, and the gallery works the same way. True to color, edited to last, and made for a frame on your wall and a page in your album. The kind of thing you hand down.

Every collection includes a full length film of your wedding day, and all three cover 12 hours. What changes between them is the size of the team and how complete that film is. The Directors Cut puts two photographers and two videographers on the entire 12 hours, so the Home Video Edit is the most complete version there is, every clip from the earliest part of getting ready through the end of the night. The Feature Film and The Home Video include the Full Wedding Day Film, the same start to finish edit of every event of the day, built from the coverage in that collection.

โ€œWhen my husband and I started wedding planning, we decided that our first priority was photography and videography and that it would be our biggest investment for the wedding. It was all worth it. Pictures and videos is all you get after any special event for your memories, so please make sure you invest in this and I swear you will never regret it.โ€

What Is The Home Video Edit?

The Home Video Edit is every clip from your day, cleaned up and put in order so it is actually watchable. Not a highlight reel and not just the big events. The full Mass, the speeches, the dances, and all the in between footage that most films leave on the cutting room floor.

It is edited to feel honest and unhurried, so years from now you are not just seeing the best moments. You are reliving the whole day. If you would rather have the raw footage to keep and do what you want with, that option is yours too.

About The Story Session

Think of it as a photo and video engagement session in one. We meet up before the wedding, just the two of you and the camera, and we spend an hour together. Part of it is practical. You mentioned Gerardo is quieter in front of a camera than you are, and an hour with no guests watching and no schedule does more for that than any amount of direction on the wedding day itself. By the time May comes around, being photographed and filmed already feels normal.

The bigger part is the story. How you met, what nearly did not happen, where the two of you ended up. That backstory adds something no highlight reel can manufacture. It gives everyone watching a real sense of who you are before the ceremony even starts. Every collection includes a Story Session on a weekday. The Directors Cut includes a weekend date, and from either of the other two you can move yours to a weekend for $400.

The Story Session is photo and video together, and it is included in The Directors Cut. The Feature Film includes a Weekday Photo Engagement Session, which is the photo only version, shot Monday through Thursday.

Video Guest Book

An interactive video station where your guests can leave personal messages, well wishes, and memories throughout the night.

These clips are curated and delivered as a keepsake film you can revisit for years, capturing voices, laughter, and moments that would otherwise be lost.

Personalized Add-Ons

Built around your day, not a menu
$500

Additional Hour of Coverage

Your reception has the DJ first and the grupo carrying the night from around nine, and you have the venue until two. An extra hour means we are never watching the clock while the floor is still full.

$1,000

Additional Shooter

Every collection already includes two photographers, so this is one more set of hands beyond that. In The Home Video it adds a second videographer. In The Feature Film it extends your second photographer and second videographer to all 12 hours. With a big guest list the day stops happening in one place. While one camera is on your faces during a toast, someone needs to be on the room reacting to it.

$500

Video Guest Book

Already included in The Directors Cut and The Feature Film, so this is for The Home Video. With a full room, most of what your guests want to say to you will get lost in the noise. This is how you keep it, in their words, in the moment.

$400

Weekend Story Session

Your Story Session is included either way, and on a weekday it is the easiest hour of the whole process. If a Saturday or Sunday is the only thing that works for the two of you, this moves it there. Already included in The Directors Cut.

โ€œJosh stayed the whole day into the night and seamlessly blended in with everyone. He contributed to a fun night with his energy, and overall was my go to person for the day.โ€

The Person Behind The Camera

I have spent 5 years walking alongside couples during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives, so I understand how personal these decisions feel. My role is to listen closely, guide you with clarity, and make sure nothing about this process feels rushed or transactional. I lead our team with care and intention so your experience feels calm, supported, and aligned from the first conversation to the final film.

What Makes Us Different

Natural Direction

Most teams either over direct or disappear completely.I create a balance of guidance and freedom so you feel comfortable, confident, and still fully yourselves.

Detail Awareness

Most couples do not realize how much small details affect the final result.I actively watch for things like positioning, lighting, and small distractions so your photos and film feel polished without extra effort from you.

One Unified Team

Most couples hire separate photo and video teams. We operate as one unit, so communication is seamless and everything works together instead of competing for attention.

Film Over Highlight

Most wedding videos feel like a montage set to music.I build films around real moments and audio, so your story feels authentic and not just aesthetic.
