Wedding Memories That Feel Like YOU

Hi Gracie & Cody,

It was so good talking with you today, Gracie! Congratulations again on your engagement. I loved hearing how a photo at the safari turned into a proposal, and how the two of you have celebrated the 19th of every month since the beginning. A September 19th wedding could not be more perfect for you, and whether you land on one of the venues you're touring or the wide open pasture at your parents' place, an outdoor, classy, boho celebration is going to be beautiful.

What stood out most to me is what you said about the day itself: more than anything, you're excited to finally be together with Cody, surrounded by all of your family and friends. That's exactly why we'd structure your day the way we talked about, knocking out your getting ready coverage, the first look with your dad and brothers, your bridal portraits, and bridesmaids photos before the ceremony, so that afterward you two actually get to enjoy the celebration while we capture it candidly.

You also mentioned you can feel a little awkward in front of the camera, and that you'd want a photographer who directs you: where to stand, what to do, how to look natural. That's exactly what our team is built for, and it's a big reason I'm recommending Jalyssa to lead your day. She photographs most of our weddings, shoots the exact style you said you love, and making couples feel comfortable and directed is what she does best. You can learn more about her toward the bottom of this page.

Below you'll find the three custom photography collections I promised, built around 6, 8, and 10 hours. From everything you shared, I'd point you toward at least 8 hours so we cover getting ready through most of your reception, with a second photographer so we catch Cody's reaction as you come down the aisle. Look them over with your family, and we'll talk through everything together on our call Tuesday at noon.

About Your Second Photographer

Since you and Cody aren't doing a first look, the very first time he sees you will be as you walk down the aisle. With one photographer, we have to choose which of you to capture in that moment. With two, we get both at once: you coming through the doors, and his face when he sees you. A second photographer also means getting ready coverage for both of you, extra angles during the ceremony, and more candids of your family and friends all night. It's the one upgrade I recommended on our call, and it's included in The Gallery and The Heirloom.

The Gallery

About Your Engagement Session

A relaxed photo session with me before the wedding, so you and Cody get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. You'll see exactly how we direct you, how easy it feels, and how good the two of you look in the final images. If feeling awkward in photos is your worry, this is the cure, and you'll walk into your wedding day already knowing your photographer. Included in The Gallery and The Heirloom, and easy to add to The Snapshot.

The Snapshot

  • All Edited High-Resolution Images

  • Private Online Gallery with Print & Download Rights

If your day runs long or you decide you want the whole reception and a big send off covered, this keeps your team there.

  • Second Photographer
Included in The Gallery and The Heirloom. If The Snapshot fits your day best, we can add a second photographer so we still catch Cody's reaction at the aisle and both of you getting ready.

  • Engagement Session

Meet Jalyssa, Your Lead Photographer

I'm fully booked on September 19th, but I meant it when I said I wouldn't leave you hanging. Jalyssa is the photographer I trust most with our couples. She leads the photography on most of our weddings, especially when our team is capturing both photo and video, so the style you told me you love from our galleries is work she's been a huge part of creating. She's trained by me, shoots in our exact style, and she is wonderful at the thing you asked for most: warm, clear direction. She'll tell you where to stand, what to do with your hands, and keep you and Cody laughing so you look like yourselves. She runs a structured, organized day, and I'll still be right here alongside you through the whole process, building your timeline with you and just a text or email away.

What Happens Next

You’ve got options, and I want to help you choose what feels right.

We're already set for our call this Tuesday at noon, where I'll walk you through each collection, answer any questions, and customize anything that needs adjusting. Look everything over with your family this week, and if a pressing question comes up sooner, you can always text or email me.

Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a booking link with your contract and invoice. A $1,000 retainer officially secures your date, and from there, we’re off to the races.

A quick note on pricing: if you pay in full, you'll take 5% off your collection.

Here’s how it all goes down:

  1. We chat through the collections and customize if needed

  2. I send the contract + booking link

  3. You sign and place your $1,000 retainer

  4. Your date is officially locked in 🎉

  5. We celebrate (and maybe pop some bubbly 🍾)
