Wedding Films That Feel Like YOU
Hi Kiley & Aaron,
Aaron, it was genuinely great talking with you today. I could tell right away how much the people in your lives mean to you both, and the way you framed your wedding day stuck with me after we hung up: you're not doing this for yourselves. You're doing it because you love the people who are going to show up for you, and you want them to see themselves in the film.
That is a perspective I rarely hear. And it completely changes how I approach being there.
Below you'll find three videography packages I put together with your specific vision in mind. These are all video-only, built for a team that floats through the day like a war correspondent instead of hovering around the two of you. Take a look whenever you and Kiley are ready, and we'll go through everything together on Monday.
Not everyone sees their wedding day the same way. You two see yours as a gathering. A rare chance to get everyone you love in one room, and you want the film to reflect that. Not a replay of the ceremony. A
time capsule of the people who showed up.
That is exactly the kind of film we make.
A Film Built to Last Generations
When you mentioned Kiley’s grandma walking her down the aisle, something clicked into place about what this film needs to be. This is not just a keepsake for the two of you. It is a living record of people at a real moment, one that your kids and grandkids may one day rely on to know who these people were and how they loved you. That is exactly what the Home Video Edit delivers: not a highlight reel set to music, but a full, honest document of the real day from beginning to end, edited true to color and built to hold up for decades.
Two Videographers. One on You. One on Everyone Else.
With two videographers we can split the day exactly the way you described. One stays locked in on the ceremony while the other is already moving through the crowd: walking up on conversations, finding the people on your top-ten list by name before they know what hit them. If you put together those index cards, we will be prepared. And when Aunt Daleen looks up and someone already knows who she is, that reaction is what we will be rolling for. Your older family members, the ones you only see three or four times a year, they are the ones we will be chasing.
A Mountain Venue That Demands a Drone
You already said it yourselves: with a venue in the foothills and the mountains as a backdrop, a drone is not optional. We completely agree. The wide shot from above gives the film a sense of place that no ground-level angle can replicate. For a guest-heavy outdoor celebration like yours, it also lets us capture the full scope of the gathering in a way that feels cinematic without being forced. The mountains will do the heavy lifting. We just have to be up there to get it.
