Wedding Memories That Feel Like YOU
Hi Shannon & Marquis,
It was so good hearing your story today. Fifteen years from 7th grade to The Oakley on the Lake, and a proposal at Top of the Rock that I can already tell you will be talking about for decades. That is the kind of love story I want to spend October 17th telling.
What stayed with me most was what Shannon said about her grandparents dancing and her parents speaking. Those are not just moments you want on film. They are the whole reason the day matters. The people who have been there through all 15 years, the ones who will be crying in the front row, those are the moments that make a wedding film timeless. That legacy thread is exactly what I build these films around.
Below you will find three packages for photo and video coverage of your day at The Oakley on the Lake. Take your time looking through and reach out when you are ready to chat.
You want a wedding film that captures the real moments.
grandparents dancing, parents speaking, fifteen years of love finally arriving at The Oakley on the Lake.
Not staged. Not stiff. Just your story, told the way you will want to watch it for decades.
A Film That Feels Like You
Fifteen years of history walks into that ceremony with you. A documentary approach means I am there for the quiet moments between the big ones. Shannon telling Marquis she loves him before she walks down the aisle. The way his face changes when he sees her. We build your film around who you actually are, not what a wedding is supposed to look like.
A Presence That Lowers Stress
October 17 is going to move fast. I stay out of your way, work alongside your photographers, and blend into the day so you never feel like you are performing for a camera. The more you forget I am there, the better your film will be.
An Experience Built Around Reliving the Day
When Shannon mentioned her grandparents dancing and her parents speaking, that told me everything I needed to know about what this film should be. Those are not just moments you want on camera. They are the whole reason the day matters. Your wedding film should make you feel something every time you watch it, even ten years from now. That is what I build toward.
We guide you when you need it and step back when it matters, so you feel natural and present instead of like you’re performing.
We pay attention to the small details throughout the day, so everything looks intentional without you having to think about it.
We focus on how the day feels, not just how it looks, so your film actually brings you back to the moment years from now.
We approach photo and video as one cohesive team, so everything flows smoothly and nothing gets missed.

About the Story Session
Think of it as a video engagement session. We meet up before the wedding, just the two of you and the camera, and we spend an hour getting you both comfortable on film. By the time your wedding day arrives, the camera is already familiar. Beyond that, it is a chance to tell the story of how you two met and fell in love. The college years, the on and off, and the way you always knew you would end up back together. That backstory adds something to the wedding film that no highlight reel can manufacture: it gives the audience a real sense of who you are before the vows even start

What Makes Us Different
Natural Direction
Most teams either over-direct or disappear completely.
I create a balance of guidance and freedom so you feel comfortable, confident, and still fully yourselves.
Detail Awareness
Most couples don’t realize how much small details affect the final result. I actively watch for things like positioning, lighting, and small distractions so your photos and film feel polished without extra effort from you.
One Unified Team
Most couples hire separate photo and video teams.
We operate as one unit, so communication is seamless and everything works together instead of competing for attention.
Film Over Highlight
Most wedding videos feel like a montage set to music.
I build films around real moments and audio, so your story feels authentic and not just aesthetic.
